What We Do

El Jardín provides low barrier culturally and linguistically specific substance use disorder recovery support services to the Latinx community in the Portland Metro Area and Beyond. We believe that through the beauty of our shared culture and community as Latinos that recovery is possible.

What We Offer

Peer Support Services

Peer Mentors are people with lived-experience in recovery from substance use disorders that support clients on their recovery journey through sharing knowledge, providing emotional support, or offering practical help.

Recovery Drop-In Centers

Recovery Drop-in Centers create an accepting place for anyone in need of recovery support, advocacy and self-empowerment on their recovery journey.

Case Management Support

Case Management is a coordinated, individualized approach that links clients with appropriate services to address their specific needs to help them achieve their recovery goals.

Professional Development

We offer low-barrier Spanish language professional development opportunities for Latino Oregonians, including a Peer Wellness Specialist Training an Harm reduction classes.

Harm Reduction Outreach
